Privacy policy

This site is operated by Adam Meza, a licensed California real estate salesperson with Real Brokerage Technologies, Inc. This policy explains what information is collected here, what is done with it, and what is never done with it.
What is collected
Only what you give voluntarily. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.
- If you call: your phone number appears on the phone, as it would with any call. If we speak, notes about your property and what you are considering may be recorded.
- If you submit a form here or through a Facebook or Instagram ad: the name, phone number, email address, and property information you enter.
- If you write: whatever is in your message.
You are never asked for a Social Security number, bank information, or tax returns in order to have a conversation.
What it is used for
To respond to you, prepare the written market analysis if you ask for one, and follow up about your property. Nothing else.
What is never done with it
- Your information is never sold.
- It is never passed or referred to other agents, brokerages, investors, or anyone who buys property.
- It is never used for anything unrelated to your inquiry.
Who else can see it
Your information is stored in a client relationship management system used to run this business, and may be handled by Real Brokerage Technologies, Inc. as the supervising broker, or by professional service providers such as an email or phone provider. These are service providers acting on instructions — not parties buying access to you. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or by California real estate regulation.
Advertising
Ads for this site may run on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and are declared in Meta’s Housing special ad category, which restricts how audiences can be targeted. If you submit a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta handles that form and its own privacy policy applies to it in addition to this one.
Being contacted, and stopping it
If you call or send your number, you will hear back. Ask to stop and it stops immediately — by phone, by email, or by replying STOP to a text. Your number is then added to an internal do-not-call list and kept there.
Your California rights
California residents may request to know what personal information has been collected about them, request that it be deleted, request that it be corrected, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Since your information is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of — but the request will be honored regardless, and you will never be treated differently for making one.

How long it is kept
Inquiry records are kept while there is an active conversation and afterward for as long as California real estate record-keeping rules require. Ask for deletion sooner and it will be deleted, except where a record must be retained by law.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If you arrive from a Meta ad, Meta may set its own identifiers under its policies.
Children
This site is meant for property owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
